Budapest Outreach

In the summer of 2017 I felt that God was placing the desire to go back to Budapest and return to Word of Life camp to coach volleyball. I proposed the missions trip through my school, Colorado Christian University, but the trip was rejected by the head of the missions department. Frustrated, I forgot about going to Budapest, and pursued other interests. 

Fast forward to YWAM-Switzerland

It was our DTS leader's father's birthday and we all rushed down to the kitchen to commence in a cake eating competition. We split into two teams and each team could only use their mouths to eat the cake. At the bottom of each cake was the flag of our outreach locations: Northern Africa and BUDAPEST. I had to drop down to the floor and scramble to put my heart back in my chest because I was in utter shock! I was absolutely beyond excited.

Being in Budapest 

Our time in Budapest was beyond what I could have ever imagined! God saw my heart and desire to go back to Hungary for just 2 weeks, and He sent me for 2 whole months! God did far more than I could have ever imagined! He is so good!
